Das $1.000 Super Seniors No-Limit Hold’em der WSOP 2017 ist ein Turnier für Spieler, die 65 Jahre oder älter sind. Wie schon beim Seniorenturnier gab es einen neuen Teilnehmerrekord.
1.720 Spieler füllten den Preisgeldtopf mit $1,55 Millionen. Das Geld verteilt sich auf 258 Spieler und die Payouts liegen zwischen $1.502 sowie $259.230. John Cernuto, Billy Baxter, David Sklansky sowie Lyle Berman verabschiedeten sich vorzeitig an die Rails.
Noch vor dem Ende wurden die bezahlten Plätze erreicht. Ein namentlich nicht genannter Spieler war extrem short vor dem Flop mit 
gegen drei Gegner all-in. Die checkten das Board 
durch und Kim Rasmussen 
holte den Pot.
