American Poker Awards: drei Nominierungen für Doug Polk

Doug Polk ist bei den American Poker Awards in drei Kategorien nominiert. Beste Aussichten auf eine Auszeichnung hat das Team von Poker Central mit insgesamt sieben Nominierungen.

Am 22. Februar werden im Andaz West Hollywood in Los Angeles die American Poker Awards 2017 verliehen. Bereits zum vierten Mal stellt Mediarex Enterprises (Global Poker Index) das Event auf die Beine. Exklusiver Sponsor der Show ist PokerStars.

In insgesamt 20 Kategorien werden Preise verliehen. Mit Bryn Kenney und Kristen Bicknell stehen zwei Gewinner bereits jetzt fest. Die beiden Poker-Pros sicherten sich mittels GPI-Wertung die Titel als Spieler und Spielerin des Jahres.

In 13 weiteren Kategorien wurden nun die Nominierten vorgestellt. Doug Polk ist als bester Video Blogger, als größter „Influencer“ und auch für die beste Turnierleistung (WSOP One Drop High Roller-Sieg) vorgeschlagen.

Daniel Negreanu kommt auf zwei Nominierung. Bryn Kenney könnte ebenfalls mit zwei Preisen nach Hause gehen. Der Amerikaner ist für die beste Turnierleistung nominiert. Das Team von Poker Central ist mit insgesamt sieben Nominierung der Spitzenreiter.
