Es sollte ein kurzer Tag 2 sind. Gestern, den 16. Mai, ging es für die 392 verbliebenen Spielern aus den 1.223 Entries der Starttage in Tag 2. Die Late Reg war noch zum Start des Tages offen, 36 Entries kamen noch dazu und so waren es dann eben 1.259 Entries (716/543). Damit waren € 1.183.791 im Pot und das Tagesziel mit Erreichen der 183 Geldränge definiert. Die Belgier waren am stärksten vertreten, Deutschland stellte mit 157 Spielern die viertstärkste Nation. Auch nach den Starttagen waren noch einige DACHs mit dabei, darunter auch Team PokerStars Ambassador Felix „xflixx“ Schneiders“.
Er sollte auch unter denjenigen sein, der für Tag 3 einpacken konnte (109/243k), auch sein Teamkollege Simon Wiciak schaffte es in Tag 3 (56/445k). Die Führung der 183 Spieler sicherte sich der Niederländer Raoul Kamne mit 1.369.000, als bester Deutscher liegt Dimitri Huley auf Rang 10 mit 777.000. Ebenfalls gut unterwegs ist SHR Sieger Vincent De Neve (19/661.000).
Alle 183 haben heute € 1.750 als Min-Cash sicher, wenn es mit 90 Minuten Levels in Tag 3 geht, die Blinds sind bei 3k/6k/6k. Auf den Sieger warten am Sonntag satte € 200.000 und ebenso wie für die Plätze 2 bis 5 ein gesponsertes € 2.200 CPS Ticket. Bis dahin ist es aber noch ein langer Weg.
Wer beim Main Event nicht (mehr) dabei ist, hat aber auch ein dichtes Programm im Angebot. So beginnt heute unter anderem die dreitägige € 2.200 High Roller Championship (€ 100.000 GTD/50k/40′), außerdem gibt es ein € 330 NLH (30k/15′).
