Das Who-is-who der Amerikanischen Pokerszene traf sich in Florida zum SHRPS und so gab es ein sehr namhaftes Feld beim WPT Championship Event. 480 Spieler hatten die Starttage überstanden und hatten an Tag 2 die 164 Geldränge zum Ziel. Darren Elias, Barry Hutter, Will Failla, Keven Stammen oder auch matt Waxman sowie Tyler Patterson sind nur einige der viele, die auf dem Weg zum Geld auf der Strecke blieben.

das Nachsehen hatte. Kaum war die Bubble geplatzt, ging es auch schon rasant weiter. Als am Ende von Level 20 eingetütet wurde, waren nur noch 81 Spieler übrig. Joseph Cheong hatte sich mit 1.864.000 Chips klar die Führung gesichert, mit einigem Abstand liegt Brian Hastings auf Rang 2 im Chipcount. Viele weitere bekannte Spieler sind noch mit dabei.
