Etwas Panik machte sich heute bei den deutschen Spielern breit, PokerStars fordert die Spieler zum Umzug auf PokerStars.de auf – hat aber vergessen, die Spieler vorher zu informieren.
Ab 17. Mai wird jeder deutsche Spieler aufgefordert, sein Konto zu PokerStars.de umzuziehen. Man muss nur den Anweisungen folgen und auch den neuen PokerStars.de Client herunterladen.
Sobald der Konten-Transfer abgeschlossen ist, wird auch die Bankroll übertragen. Die Konten werden ausschließlich in Euro geführt. Die Daten zum Login bleiben dieselben wie unter pokerstars.eu, man muss sich weder neu registrieren, noch Nickname oder Passwort ändern.
Die Information der deutschen Spieler hat man offenbar vergessen, dafür gibt es folgenden Text im Discord Channel zu lesen:
Attn: To our German players-
If you attempt to login via PokerStars.eu on or after May 17, 2023, a new window will open and you’ll be asked to transfer your account onto Pokerstars.de.
To proceed with the transfer, you must accept the request to transfer your account. After that, you’ll need to follow the steps shown on the screen. This will include to download a new PokerStars.DE client.
After completing all the steps, your account details will be transferred, and you can continue to enjoy your favourite games.
What about my balance?
Your real money balances will be carried over. Real money balances in EUR or USD will be carried over and any balances in other currencies will be converted into EUR. You’ll be able to access these funds in your updated account.
How can I log in to the new client?
You’ll be able to use the same login credentials as you currently use on PokerStars.eu. There’s no need to create a new account and you don’t need a new password or nickname.
What if I don’t want to transfer my account?
If you don’t want to play on PokerStars.de, you’ll have to withdraw your balance.
Auf PokerStars.de spielt weiter im selben Spielerpool wie unter pokerstars.eu, allerdings eben mit den Einschränkungen und Auflagen, die der deutschen Lizenz entsprechen. Auf PokerStars.de gibt es weitere Infos dazu.
