World Series of Poker 2009 – Event # 36: Andreas Krause geht in Tag 2

Ein No Limit Hold’em geht zu Ende, das nächste beginnt. Dieses Mal galt es ein Buy-in von $2.000 auf den Tisch zu legen. Das taten immerhin 1.695 Spieler und sorgten so für einen Preispool von über $3.000.000.

Viele Deutsche waren mit dabei bei diesem Event – Daniel Zink, Christin Maschmann, Tobi Reinkemeier, Frank Blümlein, Haward Speer, Tim Kahlmeier, Christoph Niesert, Konstantin Bücherl, Marco Liesy, Hanno Offen, Andreas Krause, Mark Sander und einige mehr. Ebenfalls am Start war Full Tilt Pro und Pokerfirma.de Kolumnist Martin Kläser, der sich auf die Jagd nach seinem zweiten Bracelet macht.

Die Pros wie Kathy Liebert, Chino Rheem, Maria Ho, Nick Binger, Clonie Gowen, Jonathan Little, Shaun Deeb und viele andere mehr durften natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Allerdings war es wie gewohnt auch ein harter erster Tag und nur rund 210 Spieler waren am Ende noch mit dabei. Geld gibt es noch keines, denn 171 Plätze werden bezahlt.

Chipleader an Tag 2 ist Corwin Cole, bester Deutscher im Bewerb aktuell Andreas Krause. Der liegt auf Rang 50 bei den verbliebenen 213 Spielern. Auch Tobias Reinkemeier, Gunter Wagner, Oliver Patzel und Thomas Böhm sind noch im Rennen.
