Zwölf Jahre ist es her, dass die World Poker Tour (WPT) in der Slowakei zu Gast war. Von 3. bis 15. Mai feiert man nun die Premiere der WPT Prime im Card Casino Bratislava, rund € 1.250.000 an Preisgeldern sind beim ganzen Festival garantiert.
Insgesamt sind es 18 Events, die angeboten werden. Das erste Highlight ist das $330 WPT Bratislava Chmapionship Event, bei dem € 250.000 garantiert werden. Das Multi Flight Turnier hat insgesamt sieben Heats, einen Tag 2 (am 7. Mai) und das Finale am Montag, den 8. Mai.
Ein € 2.800 + 200 NLH High Roller ( € 100.000 GTD) und ein € 3.000 PLO High Roller (€ 100.000 GTD) dürfen ebenso nicht fehlen wie ein € 4.700 + 300 Super High Roller (€ 100.000 GTD).
Das € 1.000 + 100 WPT Prime Main Event startet am 12. Mai. Es wird mit 30.000 Chips und 40 Minuten Levels gestartet, Tagesziel in jedem der sechs Flights sind die Geldränge. Am Sonntag, den 14. Mai geht es dann mit Stunden Levels weiter, die Entscheidung um den Sieg fällt am Montag, den 15. Mai. € 500.000 sind als Preisgeld garantiert.
Rund um das WPT Prime Evnet gibt es noch ein € 1.000 + 500 + 150 Mystery Bounty Event (€ 100.000 GTD), viele weitere Satellites und auch einige Side Events runden den Turnierplan ab.
