Der erste Flight bei The Giant der World Series of Poker 2017 brachte 1.629 Entries. Matthias Eibinger liegt auf Rang 5 und hat eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Tag 2.
THE GIANT ist ein $365 No-Limit Hold’em-Turnier mit fünf Flights und der Möglichkeit unbegrenzt Re-Entries zu tätigen. Der große Unterschied zum COLOSSUS besteht darin, dass die Flights jeweils freitags über die komplette WSOP 2017 hinweg gespielt werden.
Day 1A brachte 1.629 Entries und $488.700 für den Preisgeldtopf. Ab Platz 245 gab es Geld und 124 Spieler tüteten für Tag 2 ein, welcher am 8. Juli gespielt wird, ein. Die meisten Chips erspielte sich Jeff Brin (718.000). Sehr gut aufgestellt ist Matthias Eibinger (Foto), der 610.500 in Chips eintütete. Ebenfalls weiter ist Johann Schäfer (81.500).
