Wie zu erwarten konnte das Montesino Wien das 88,6 Poker Weekend wieder als vollen Erfolg verbuchen. Mit insgesamt 727 Teilnehmern beim € 88 No Limit Hold’em Turnier und weiteren 175 Re-Entries liegen gleich € 72.160 im Preisgeldtopf.
Auch die letzten drei Flights gestern Samstag, den 11. November, waren sehr gut besucht. Um 17 Uhr ging es im Montesino mit 199 Spielern zur Sache, 41 Mal wurde der Re-Entry genutzt. Im CCC Wien-Simmering versuchten noch 92 Spieler ihr Glück, 21 Mal wurde hier nachgekauft. Die € 50.000 Garantie war damit schon längst übertroffen, weitere 61 Spieler machten dann aber noch beim Turbo Flight im Montesino mit, neun Mal wurde noch nachgekauft.
Insgesamt kam man auf 902 Entries, was einem Preispool von € 72.160 entspricht. Die Top 90 Plätze werden bezahlt. Das bedeutet auch, das 90 Spieler in den Finaltag starten und den Min-Cash von € 180 sicher haben. Der Sieger darf sich heute auf € 12.500 freuen. Istvan Szekeres konnte sich gestern die Führung sichern, er tütete 743.000 Chips im CCC Wien-Simmering ein. Den Tagessieg im Montesino feierte Alexander Prokop mit 622.500 Chips.
