Zunächst war es gestern, den 18. Februar, noch in den Turbo Flight gegangen. Der war mit 321 Startern und weiteren 101 Re-Entries noch einmal stark besetzt und so kam man insgesamt auf 2.512 Entries (1.914/598). Das entsprach nach Abzug der 5 % Fee einem Preispool von € 415.223.
Jeder Flight war bis zum Erreichen der Geldränge gespielt worden und so hatten alle den Min-Cash von € 400 schon sicher, als es am Nachmittag dann mit 40 Minuten Levels ins Finale ging. Wie gewohnt stiegen die Payouts nur flach an, dafür lichteten sich die Reihen umso schneller.
Auf den Sieger warteten € 64.400 und das € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Ticket, auch für die Plätze 2 bis 4 gab es das Ticket. Jorge Fernando Manzur Duarte setzte sich schließlich im Heads-up gegen den „Mann vom Mond“ durch und jubelte über den Sieg, als Runner-up konnte Mann vom Mond noch € 35.900 + Ticket mitnehmen.
German Poker Days kommen im April zum nächsten Festival wieder, heute geht es mit dem gewohnten € 130 + 20 Big Monday (€ 10.000 GTD/20k/20′) an die Tische, am Mittwoch wird die € 220 + 30 European Poker Sport Championship (EPSC) mit € 300.000 GTD (inkl. 4 x € 10.350 WSOPE Main Event Tickets) eröffnet.
