Die Late Reg war zum Start von Tag 2 noch offen und 35 Spieler nutzten auch noch die Gelegenheit. 775 Starter und weitere 323 Re-Entries sorgten für eine neue Rekordmarke und einen Preispool von € 5.325.300. Das Feld präsentierte sich sehr international, wobei die Franzosen den größten Anteil der Spieler stellten. Deutschland war im Verhältnis schwächer als gewohnt, dafür waren die Schweizer stärker.
Mit Tag 2 gab es dann auch die Payouts, die Top 159 Plätze waren bezahlt. € 8.700 war der Min-Cash und im Laufe des Tages sollte man auch die Geldränge erreichen. Conor Beresford, Eoghan O’Dea, Christopher Pütz oder auch Luke Schwartz waren unter denjenigen, die leer ausgehen sollten. Stephen Chidwick erwischte es auf der Soft Bubble, Yasuhiro Waki war Bubble Boy, als er short mit den Assen an
